(includes CMP, CBC, LIPID, TSH, HGB A1C) patient will need to fast for labs
CMP
(comprehensive metabolic panel)
The comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP) is a frequently ordered panel of 14 tests that gives information about the current status of a person's metabolism, including the health of the kidneys and liver, electrolyte and acid/base balance, and blood glucose and blood protein levels.
CBC
The CBC with differential provides a broad assessment of blood cells. It evaluates a patient's overall health and screens for a variety of diseases and conditions.
LIPID PANEL (FASTING)​
The Lipid Panel is used to analyze a patient's risk of cardiovascular disease.
TSH
This panel is used to assess thyroid function.
HGB A1C
This is a single-marker test measuring hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c). HbA1c is used to monitor long-term glucose control in individuals with diabetes mellitus.
B12 and Folate
This test measures vitamin B12 and folate to evaluate nutrient deficiencies.
QuantiFERON tb gold
QuantiFERON®-TB Gold Plus is an indirect test for M. tuberculosis infection. It is intended to be used in conjunction with risk assessment, radiography, and other medical and diagnostic evaluations.
Vitamin D
This is a single-marker test measuring 25-hydroxy Vitamin D. It can be used to monitor the effectiveness of supplementation and to assess patients with low calcium levels or symptoms of vitamin D deficiency.
Food Sensitivity
(Labcorp not available, supplies will be sent for blood spot)
The 96 IgG Food Sensitivity Panel measures IgG response to 96 commonly consumed foods. This is the blood spot version of the test.
Comprehensive STD Panel
(Labcorp not available, must utilize local phlebotomist)
This panel is used to help diagnose HIV, syphilis, herpes, chlamydia, and gonorrhea.
Comprehensive Vaginosis Profile
(home swab)
The Comprehensive Vaginosis Profile differentiates between bacterial vaginosis and vulvovaginal candidiasis. It includes a bacterial vaginosis score based on the Nugent Scoring System. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing to prescriptive and natural agents is also performed for appropriate bacterial and fungal species at no additional charge.
Urinalysis and culture​
The urine culture isolates and identifies significant pathogens that cause urinary tract infections
Pregnancy test blood serum
This test is used to detect pregnancy.
Fatigue Panel
This test is used to assess for common alterations that can lead to fatigue: CMP, CBC, TSH, B12 and folate, and vitamin D.
